New Zealand Police have over 300 stations across Aotearoa, ranging from inner-cities to the most rural locations. They need Police who would thrive most in all of these environments, so our campaign needed to recruit a different kind of would-be officer to a traditional urban campaign.
We interviewed Police from the length and breadth of the country to understand their love for their community and their whenua, then built the In Your Element campaign to speak to those with that same mindset, hoping to inspire the next generation.
